Article 69 of the Civil Status Law

يعاقب على مخالفة أحكام الفقرة الثانية من المادة (54) من هذا القانون بالحبس الذي لا تزيد مدته على سنة أو بالغرامة التي لا تقل عن مائتي جنيه ولا تزيد على خمسمائة جنيه.
فإذا ترتب على الفعل ضرر يعاقب الفاعل بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن ستة أشهر وبغرامة لا تقل عن خمسمائة جنيه ولا تزيد على ألف جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين.
