تلتزم مصلحة الأحوال المدنية باتخاذ كافة التدابير اللازمة لتأمين البيانات الشخصية والمجمعة المخزنة بالحاسبات الآلية أو بوسائط التخزين الملحقة بها ضد أي اختراق أو عبث أو إطلاع أو إفشاء أو تدمير أو مساس بها بأية صورة كانت في غير الأحوال التي نص عليها القانون ووفقا للإجراءات المنصوص عليها فيه.
