على موظف الجهة الصحية المختص بتلقي تبليغات الوفاة أن يتحقق من شخصية المتوفى واستيفاء بيانات التبليغ والمستندات المؤكدة لصحة الواقعة وبياناتها، فإذا تعذر عليه التحقق من شخصيته يقبل التبليغ على مسئولية المبلغ بعد التحقق من شخصيته
