يجب على الموظف المختص بتلقي التبليغات بمكاتب الصحة التحقق من مطابقة البيانات الثابتة بالتبليغ على المستندات المرفقة قبل قيد التبليغ بدفتر المواليد الصحي، كما يتعين على الموظف المختص بقيد وقائع الميلاد بأقسام السجل المدني مراجعة بيانات التبليغ على ذات النحو قبل قيد الواقعة بسجل المواليد.
