لا يجوز للموظف المختص في الجهة الصحية أو أقلام الكتاب بمحاكم الأحوال الشخصية أو مصلحة الأحوال المدنية أو مكاتب التوثيق بالشهر العقاري أن يقيد أية واقعة أو يباشر أي عمل من أعمال الأحوال المدنية إذا كان الأمر متعلقا به أو بزوجه أو بأقاربه أو بأصهاره حتى الدرجة الرابعة، وفي هذه الحالة يقوم رئيسه المباشر بتسجيل الواقعة.
