تحدد اللائحة التنفيذية نماذج السجلات وطلبات الحصول على خدمات الأحوال المدنية وغيرها من الوثائق والشهادات والمحررات اليدوية والآلية التي يتطلبها تنفيذ أحكام هذا القانون.
ولمديري إدارات الأحوال المدنية ومساعديهم من الضباط ورؤساء الأقسام ومعاونيهم من العاملين المدنيين كل في دائرة اختصاصه الاطلاع على الدفاتر والسجلات اللازمة لتنفيذ أحكام هذا القانون لدى الجهات التي توجد بها.
