مع عدم الإخلال بأحكام القانون المنظم للتعاون الزراعي يجوز شهر
الجمعيات التعاونية في مجال استصلاح الأراضي ، التي يكون من بين مؤسسيها أو أعضائها
عاملون في الجهاز الإداري بالدولة أو القطاع العام ، عدا من يكون منهم عاملا بإحدى
الجهات التي تتولى الإشراف أو التوجيه أو التمويل بالنسبة لهذه الجمعيات .
