يكون ممثل الشخص الاعتباري والمعهود إليه بإدارته مسئولين عما يقع
منه أو من العاملين لديه من مخالفة لأحكام هذا القانون ولا يحكم على كل منهما إلا بالغرامات
المقررة عن هذه المخالفة .
كما يكون الشخص الاعتباري مسئولا بالتضامن عن تنفيذ الغرامات التي يحكم بها على
ممثله والمعهود إليه بإدارته أو أي من العاملين فيه .
