تسرى أحكام المادة السابقة على الملكية التامة وملكية الرقبة وحقوق
الانتفاع ويعتبر في حكم التملك في تطبيق أحكام هذا القانون الإيجار الذي تزيد مدته
على خمسين عاما .
وفي جميع الأحوال لا يفيد من التملك وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون سوى المصريين دون
سواهم ، وفي حالة زيادة الحد الأقصى للملكية عن الحدود الواردة بهذا القانون تتبع أحكام
المادة ( ٧ ) من القانون رقم ( ٥٠ ) لسنة ١٩٦٩ بتعيين حد أقصى لملكية الأسرة والفرد
في الأراضي الزراعية وما في حكمها .
