استثناء من أحكام المادة السابقة يجوز بقرار من وزير العدل أن تعتبر منطقة من مناطق السكنى أو غيرها وحدة عقارية في جملتها وتفرد لها صحيفة عامة وبعد لشهر التصرفات الخاصة بهذه المساكن فهرس يرتب بأسماء الأشخاص ويلحق بالصحيفة العقارية .
