كل من توصل إلى قيد محرر لسلب عقار مملوك للغير أو ترتيب حق عيني عليه مع علمه بذلك يعاقب بالحبس وبغرامة لا تجاوز خمسمائة جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين مع عدم الإخلال بأية عقوبة أشد يقضي بها أي قانون آخر .
ويعاقب على الشروع في هذه الجريمة بنصف العقوبة .
