تسلم لكل مالك صورة من الصحيفة العقارية وتسمى تلك الصورة ” سند الملكية ” وفي حالة امتلاك شخصين أو أكثر لعقار على الشيوع تسلم لكل منهم صورة من سند الملكية باسم جميع المشتاعين بعد أداء ريم قدره مائة قرش .
