تصدر اللجنة قرارا مسببا على وجه السرعة إما بتأييد أو رفض قيد المحرر في السجل العيني أو بجواز هذا القيد وذلك تبعا لتحقق أو تخلف الشروط التي بتطلب القانون توافرها لقيد المحرر في السجل العيني .
ويجب أيتضمن قرارها مصادرة الكفالة أو ردها للمتظلم إذا وجد أن تظلمه مبني على أسباب جدية .
ولا يجوز الطعن في قرار اللجنة بأي طريق من طرق الطعن .
