يعتبر الطلب كأن لم يكن إذا لم يتم قيد المحرر في السجل العيني خلال سنة من تاريخ قيد الطلب بالمأمورية , وتمتد هذه المدة سنة ثانية إذا قدم الطالب قبل انتهاء السنة الأولى بأسبوعين طلبا بالامتداد وأدى عنه الرسم المطلوب .
