يجب أن تشتمل الطلبات المنصوص عليها في المادة السابقة فضلا عما يتطلبه القانون في أحوال خاصة على البيانات التي تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية .
ويجب أن يرفق بالطلب صحيفة الوحدة العقارية والمستندات المؤيدة للبيانات المذكورة وفقا لما توضحه اللائحة .
وتدون الطلبات على حسب تواريخ وساعة تقديمها بدفتر يعد لذلك بالمأمورية وترفق الطلبات بأرقام مسلسلة ويبين في هذا الدفتر مراحل العمل في الطلبات .
