يجب على ملاك الوحدات العقارية إخطار أمين السجل بكل تغيير يتناول الوحدة العقارية بسبب إضافة مباني أو إنشاء تفاصيل هامة أو تعديلها أو إزالتها , ويرفق بالإخطار إقرار رسمي يتضمن التغييرات وتعدل بيانات السجل العيني تبعا لها دون اقتضاء أية رسوم .
ويجب أن يتم الإخطار خلال الثلاثة أشهر التالية لإتمام التغيير .
