( 1 ) يخصص سجل عيني لكل قسم مساحي وتفرد في هذا السجل صحيفة خاصة بكل وحدة عقارية ترقم وفقا للقواعد الخاصة بكيفية إمساك السجل .
( 2 ) يصدر قرار من وزير العدل بتعيين الأقسام المساحية في المدن والقرى . وتبين اللائحة التنفيذية كيفية إمساك السجل العيني وكذلك الوثائق المتعلقة به .
