يترتب على التأشير بالدعاوي في السجل العيني أن حق المدعي إذا تقرر بحكم مؤشر به طبق القانون خلال خمس سنوات من تاريخ صيرورته نهائيا يكون حجة على من ترتبت لهم حقوق وأثبتت لمصلحتهم بيانات في السجل ابتداء من تاريخ التأشير بهذه الدعاوي في السجل .
وتبدأ مدة الخمس سنوات بالنسبة إلى الأحكام النهائية القائمة وقت العمل بهذا القانون من تاريخ نفاذ القرار المشار إليه في المادة الثانية من قانون الإصدار .
