تكون الأحكام التي تصدرها اللجنة نهائية في الأحوال الآتية :
إذا كان التغيير المطلوب إجراؤه في بيانات السجل متفقا عليه بين جميع ذوي الشأن الواردة أسماؤهم في صحائف الوحدات.
إذا كان هذا التغيير لا يمس بحق شخص من الأشخاص الواردة أسماؤهم في صحائف الوحدات المطلوب إجراء التغيير فيها.
إذا كان الحق المتنازع فيه لا يتجاوز أصلا النصاب النهائي للمحكمة الابتدائية .
