في حالة قيام التناقض بين المحررات المشهرة عن قطعة مساحية واحدة تتولى المصلحة إثبات الحقوق في صحيفة الوحدة باسم من تعتبره صاحب الحق بعد فحص المحررات المتناقضة ودراستها, ويرفق بصحيفة الوحدة تقرير عن نتيجة هذه الدراسة .
