مع عدم الإخلال بأحكام اللائحة الداخلية لمجلس الشيوخ، لا يجوز للعضو أن يقترض مالا
أو يحصل على تسهيل ائتماني أو يشتري أصلا بالتقسيط إلا وفقا لمعدلات وشروط العائد
السائدة في السوق دون الحصول على أي مزايا إضافية، ويشترط إخطار مكتب المجلس.
ويسرى حكم هذه المادة بالنسبة لكل تسوية يجريها العضو مع جهة مانحة للائتمان.
