تئول جميع الأموال النقدية والعينية، والحقوق والالتزامات والموارد الخاصة بحسابات الرعاية الاجتماعية والصحية للعمالة غير المنتظمة المنشأة بوزارة العمل ومديرياتها بالمحافظات، إلى صندوق إعانات الطوارئ والخدمات الاجتماعية والصحية للعمالة غير المنتظمة المنشأ وفقا لأحكام القانون المرافق .
