تستمر محكمة النقض ومحاكم الاستئناف فى نظر الطعون على الأحكام الصادرة فى المنازعات والدعاوى المشار إليها بالمادة التاسعة من هذا القانون، المرفوعة أمامها قبل تاريخ العمل بنظام المحاكم العمالية المتخصصة طبقا للمادة الثالثة عشرة من هذا القانون .
