يلتزم العاملون بالوزارة المختصة ومديرياتها كل فى حدود اختصاصه ، بتنفيذ أحكام هذا الباب وما يصدر عن مجلس إدارة الصندوق من لوائح وقرارات بالتنسيق مع إدارة الصندوق ، ويصدر قرار من الوزير المختص بقواعد وإجراءات وآليات التنسيق .
