يلتزم صاحب العمل الذى يعمل لديه الأجنبى بإعادته إلى الدولة التى تم استقدامه منها على نفقة صاحب العمل الخاصة حال انتهاء علاقة العمل ، ما لم ينص عقد العمل على خلاف ذلك .
ويصدر الوزير المختص قرارا بالحالات والمواعيد والإجراءات المنظمة لذلك .
