يلتزم صاحب العمل بإبلاغ الجهة الإدارية والسلطات المختصة عن غياب العامل الأجنبى عن العمل لمدة خمسة عشر يوما متصلة دون مسوغ قانونى يجيز ذلك ، ويصدر الوزير المختص قرارا بالضوابط والشروط والإجراءات المنظمة لذلك .
