يحظر تشغيل الأطفال قبل بلوغهم خمس عشرة سنة ، ومع ذلك يجوز تدريبهم متى بلغت سنهم أربع عشرة سنة بما لا يعوقهم عن مواصلة التعليم .
ويلتزم كل صاحب عمل يدرب طفلا دون سن الخامسة عشرة بمنحه بطاقة تثبت أنه يتدرب لديه ، وتلصق عليها صورة الطفل ، وتعتمد من الجهة الإدارية المختصة ، وتختم بخاتمها .
