يجب على صاحب العمل فى حالة تشغيله عاملة أو أكثر أن يعلق فى أماكن العمل أو تجمع العمال نسخة من نظام تشغيل النساء .
ويجب أن يتضمن ذلك النظام إجراءات وضوابط وقواعد ومواعيد ساعات العمل المرن أو العمل عن بعد للمرأة التى ترعى أطفالا ذوى إعاقة أو أقزام .
