إذا كان الراغب فى العمل يمارس حرفة أو مهنة من التى يصدر بتحديدها قرار من الوزير المختص وفقا لنص المادة (٢٧) من هذا القانون ، وجب عليه أن يرفق بطلب القيد شهادة قياس مستوى مهارته وترخيص مزاولتها .
