يعاقب كل من يخالف أحكام المواد (١٤٠ ، ١٤١ ، ١٤٢ ، ١٤٣ ، ١٤٤ ، ١٤٥ ، ١٥١ / فقرة ثانية ، ١٥٢ ، ١٩٨) من هذا القانون ، بغرامة لا تقل عن ألف جنيه ولا تزيد على عشرين ألف جنيه ، وتضاعف الغرامة فى حالة العود .
