تلتزم المنشأة التى يبلغ عدد عمالها خمسين عاملا فأكثر بتقديم الخدمات الاجتماعية والثقافية اللازمة لعمالها ، وذلك بالاشتراك مع المنظمة النقابية العمالية ، دون تحميل العامل أى التزامات ، ويصدر الوزير المختص بالتشاور مع منظمات أصحاب الأعمال والعمال القرارات المشار إليها بتحديد الحد الأدنى لهذه الخدمات .
