تلتزم المنشآت وفروعها بتوفير بيئة عمل آمنة ، وغير عدائية ، خالية من التحرش والتنمر والعنف ، وتوفير الوسائل الكفيلة بالوقاية منهم .
ويصدر الوزير المختص قرارا بتحديد نماذج لمدونة السلوك الوظيفي ، والقواعد والإجراءات اللازمة لتقديم الشكاوى وسبل تسويتها واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة فى شأنها .
