يحظر على صاحب العمل التقدم بطلب الإغلاق الكلى أو الجزئى للمنشأة ، أو تقليص حجمها أو نشاطها أثناء مراحل تسوية منازعات العمل الجماعية ، كما يحظر عليه أن يتقدم بهذا الطلب بسبب أو أثناء إضراب العمال عن العمل .
