يجب أن يتضمن الإعلان عن الإضراب ، إخطار كل من صاحب العمل والجهة الإدارية المختصة قبل التاريخ المحدد للإضراب بعشرة أيام على الأقل ، وذلك بكتاب مسجل وموصى عليه بعلم الوصول ، على أن يتضمن الإخطار الأسباب الدافعة للإضراب ومواعيده .
