تلتزم الجهة الإدارية المختصة بالتأشير على هامش السجل المشار إليه فى المادة (٢٠٣) من هذا القانون بما يطرأ على اتفاقية العمل الجماعية من تجديد ، أو انضمام ، أو تعديل خلال خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ حصوله .
