يتعين على طرفى اتفاقية العمل الجماعية سلوك طريق المفاوضة الجماعية لتجديدها قبل انتهاء مدتها بثلاثة أشهر ، فإذا انقضت المدة الأخيرة دون الاتفاق على التجديد امتد العمل بالاتفاقية مدة ثلاثة أشهر ويستمر التفاوض لتجديدها ، فإذا انقضى شهران دون التوصل إلى اتفاق كان لأى من طرفى الاتفاقية عرض الأمر على الجهة الإدارية المختصة لاتخاذ ما يلزم نحو اتباع إجراءات الوساطة وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون .
