يجوز تشديد الجزاء إذا عاد العامل إلى ارتكاب مخالفة جديدة من نوع المخالفة التى سبق مجازاته عليها ، متى وقعت هذه المخالفة خلال سنة من تاريخ إبلاغ العامل بتوقيع الجزاء السابق .
