لا يجوز لصاحب العمل توقيع أكثر من جزاء عن المخالفة الواحدة ، كما لا يجوز له الجمع بين اقتطاع جزء من أجر العامل تطبيقا لحكم المادة (١٣٩) من هذا القانون وبين أى جزاء مالي ، إذا زاد ما يجب اقتطاعه على أجر خمسة أيام فى الشهر الواحد .
