لا تبرأ ذمة صاحب العمل من الأجر إلا إذا وقع العامل بما يفيد استلام الأجر فى السجل المعد لذلك ، أو فى كشوف الأجور ، أو إتمام تحويل أجره ومستحقاته إلى حسابه بأحد البنوك ، ويلتزم صاحب العمل بإعطاء العامل بيانا بمفردات أجره .
