يتعين على أجهزة التفتيش بالوزارة المختصة القيام بإجراء التفتيش الدورى على المنشآت الخاضعة لأحكام هذا القانون للتحقق من تنفيذ قرارات المجلس القومى للأجور ، وعلى أصحاب الأعمال ومن يمثلونهم ، إمساك سجلات ورقية أو إلكترونية تتضمن بيانات العاملين والأجر المستحق لكل عامل .
