تسرى أحكام هذا المرسوم بقانون ولائحته التنفيذية على سائر الأنشطة والمشروعات التى ما زالت تحت التأسيس ، وعلى الجهات المختصة بالدولة وذوى الشأن توفيق الأوضاع القانونية وذلك خلال ستة أشهر من تاريخ صدور اللائحة التنفيذية .
أما بالنسبة للأنشطة والمشروعات القائمة فيسرى عليها القانون الذى أنشئت فى ظله حتى انتهاء مدتها .
