تنشأ بالجهاز لجنة لتسوية المنازعات تختص بتسوية كافة المنازعات والخلافات التى تنشأ عن تطبيق أحكام هذا المرسوم بقانون أو كل ما يتعلق به . ويعرض عليها النزاع قبل عرضه على جهات القضاء لتسويته وإصدار توصية بشأنه .
ولا يخل ذلك دون حق الأطراف المتنازعة فى اللجوء بعد ذلك إلى القضاء المختص .
ويصدر وزير العدل قرارا بتنظيم عمل اللجنة وتشكيلها .
