Article 112 of the Pensions Increase Law (1990)

١ - يجمع المستحق بين الدخل والمعاش في حدود مائة جنيه شهريا ، وذلك
مع عدم الإخلال بالحق في الجمع بين المعاش والدخل بما يزيد على الحد المذكور
بالنسبة لحالات الاستحقاق السابقة على ١/٩/١٩٧٥ وكان للمستحق هذا الحق .
٢ - يجمع المستحق بين المعاشات في حدود مائة جنيه شهريا ، ويكمل المعاش
إلى هذا المقدار بالترتيب المنصوص عليه في المادة ١١٠ من هذا القانون .
