للسلطات الصحية المختصة إبعاد المصابين بمرض معد أو الحاملين لميكروب المرض عن كل عمل له اتصال بتحضير أو بيع أو نقل المواد الغذائية أو المشروبات من أى نوع ومن تقرر إبعاده على النحو المتقدم لا يجوز له العودة إلى عمل تلك الأعمال إلا بإذن منها و يعدمسئولا أيضا صاحب العمل أو مديره الذى يسمح لمن صدر الأمر بإبعاده على الوجه المتقدم فى الاشتغال عنده فى عمل من الأعمال المذكورة .
