تؤدى الزيادة المنصوص عليها فى المادة السابقة فى ذات المواعيد المحددة لسداد الأجرة الأصلية ، ويترتب على عدم سداد هذه الزيادة مايترتب على عدم سداد الأجرة من آثار .
وتقف هذه الزيادة عند انقضاء خمس سنوات كاملة على تاريخ استحقاق أول زيادة .
