تعامل صناديق التأمين الخاصة وصناديق الإسكان معاملة الجمعيات التعاونية لبناء المساكن ، وذلك بالنسبة لما تستثمره هذه الصناديق فى أموال من مجال الإسكان عدا المستوى الفاخر .
مادة [رقم غير مقروء] ينشر هذا القانون فى الجريدة الرسمية ، ويعمل به من اليوم التالى لتاريخ نشره .
يبصم هذا القانون بخاتم الدولة ، وينفذ كقانون من قوانينها .
صدر برئاسة الجمهورية فى ٢٦ رمضان سنة ١٤٠١ ( ٢٧ يوليو سنة ١٩٨١ )
