Article 948 of the Civil Code

يسقط الحق فى الأخذ بالشفعة فى الأحوال الآتية :
( ١ ) إذا نزل الشفيع عن حقه فى الأخذ بالشفعة ولو قبل البيع .
(ب) إذا انقضت أربعة أشهر من يوم تسجيل عقد البيع .
(ج) فى الأحوال الأخرى التى نص عليها القانون .
§ ٧ - الحيازة
