تسلم المحكمة إلى كل وارث يقدم إعلاما شرعيا بالوراثة أو ما يقوم مقام هذا الاعلام ، شهادة تقرر حقه فى الإرث وتبين مقدار نصيبه منه وتعين ما آل إليه من أموال التركة .
