١ - يتسلم المصفي أموال التركة بمجرد تعيينه ، ويتولى تصفيتها برقابة المحكمة . وله أن يطلب منها أجرا عادلا على قيامه بمهمته .
٢ - ونفقات التصفية تحملها التركة ، ويكون لهذه النفقات حق امتياز في مرتبة امتياز المصروفات القضائية .
