١ - كل قرض يمنحه الاتحاد أحد الشركاء لتمكينه من القيام بالتزاماته يكون مضمونا بامتياز على الجزء المفرز الذي يملكه وعلى حصته الشائعة في الأجزاء المشتركة من العقار .
٢ - وتحسب مرتبة هذا الامتياز من يوم قيده .
